1 pkg stuffing mix (I use stove top, but you can use any kind)
1 can cream of mushroom, chicken or celery soup
4-6 boneless pork chops (Chicken can be used as well)
1/3 cup milk
Shredded Cheddar Cheese (optional) (I don't use it)
Preheat oven to 400. Prepare Stuffing according to pkg directions. Place inside a casserole dish. Place pork chops or chicken on top of stuffing. Mix milk and soup together and pour over pork/chicken. Bake 30 minutes or until meat is done. Sprinkle with cheese if desired.
Serves 4-6. Prep Time:10 minutes Cook Time: 30 minutes
