Creamy Chicken Italiano


4-6 boneless, skinless chicken breast

12 oz jar mushroom gravy (I use walmart brand can chicken or beef gravy)

1 cup milk

8 oz pkg cream cheese, cubed

4 1/2 oz can chopped green chilies

1 pkg dry Italian salad dressing



1. Place chicken in crock pot.

2. Combine all other ingredients and pour over chicken in crock pot.

2. Cover. Cook on low 4-6 hours. Serve over cooked noodles or rice.
